Cold Ramen Sesame Citrus Noodle Salad

Recipe serves 4
• Start with 6 cups boiled & chilled Ramen noodles.
For The Dressing:
• 5 T sesame oil
• 1 T sriracha
• 2 T fresh orange juice
• 1 T fresh lime juice
• 2 T coconut milk
• 1 T fresh grated ginger
• 2 T honey
Directions: Whisk all ingredients together until incorporated. Chill the dressing for at least an hour. Divide the noodles into bowls, and drizzle on enough dressing to thoroughly season them.
Top With: Your choice of chopped cucumbers, sweet pepper rings, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, chopped green onion, sliced strawberries, diced green apple, and crushed peanuts.
Garnish With: Crystalized ginger and desired amount of dressing on top.
