Moonlight Mixers return to the Folly Beach Fishing Pier

Moonlight Mixers return to the Folly Fishing Pier later this month And it’s our state dance, so why not celebrate the arrival of summertime weather with some shagging on the Folly Beach Fishing Pier? On select Friday evenings, DJ Jim Bowers will keep your feet moving with the hottest oldies and beach music. The first Moonlight Mixer of 2015 is set for Friday, May 22, 7-11 p.m. Other upcoming Moonlight Mixer dates will be June 19, July 24, Aug. 21 and Sept. 18. Rain dates for each event are the next night (Saturday).
The Moonlight Mixers are brought to you by Coca Cola, Southern Eagle Distributing, and Charleston County Parks. Tickets are $10 per person ($8 for Charleston County residents with advance ticket purchase). Tickets are limited, so advance purchase is recommended. Online ticket purchases are available until midnight on the Thursday prior to each event. Attendees who wish to attend multiple events are encouraged to purchase the All-Access Dance Card, a discounted season pass to all of the Moonlight Mixers and/or Shaggin’ on the Cooper events on the Mount Pleasant Pier.
