Saul Brooks began playing music at the age of two when his stepfather taught him to play drums. At age four, he was playing drums in church, and throughout his youth his stepfather and family encouraged his musical abilities as much as possible. He has fond memories of playing with his stepfather and his band in an old garage up in Hampton, TN. At age fourteen his mother bought him his first real guitar, and he hasn’t looked back since.
