The Folly Beach Seniors will meet on November 7 at 11 am in the Community Center. All those 55 and older are invited. The main dish will be turkey in celebration of Thanksgiving, and everyone is asked to bring a covered dish. Our speaker will be Jamie Roper, senior services coordinator at the City of Charleston Mayor’s Office for Children, Youth, and Families, discussing tips for tech-savvy services.
The club is also co-sponsoring a special presentation that evening from 6-7 pm. Charleston’s Margaret Seidler will share insights from her book “Payne-full Business: Charleston’s Journey to Truth.”
